We are regulars in this hotel, we love it. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice.. Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space. Cabaret was great, some very talented singers in Blackpool!!!!! We enjoyed the whole atmosphere and experience.. We would definitely recommend this hotel :)

As a kid, my family and I went to Blackpool every summer, and always stayed here. Nearly 40 years later, I returned, and it was just as good, if not better, than I remembered. The room was comfortable, the staff efficient and friendly, and the breakfast wonderful. We had a sea view room, which was excellent!

A comfortable & friendly hotel - especially the barman Tom, who was very helpful. As well as being a great singer. He took to the spotlight one of the nights during our stay & was excellent!! Think a regular spot by Tom would be good for the hotel. Our room was comfortable & cosy - & we were given a...

Dear guests thank you for lovely comments and will pass your feedback onto Tom. If you had any issues with your room they should have been reported to reception straight away and we could have dealt with them. All the rooms are checked by the management before they are let out as they have to be of a high standard,...

This hotel has been one of the best hotels we have stayed at but since taking over the hotel next door it has lost something in the atmosphere. The new part also has very thin walls while in my room just chilling out having a quiet moment I could hear the conversation in the room next door . Other than...

Dear guest, we are afraid we would have to disagree with you, we bought the hotel next door 2 years ago and it's been a complete no brainer! It has given us an extra lounge which doubles up as a place for guests to have a drink and chat who don't want to play bingo and watch the cabaret and...

First time visit to this hotel and booked through Blackpool Breaks and stayed for 7 nights. Trip down was quite quick and we arrived in Blackpool early afternoon. The coach stopped off at the Blacksmiths at Gretna on the way down for a toilet break. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Manchester Square tram stop. Checking into...

Dear guest thank you for your lovely comments about the food, room and staff. Sorry to hear you was disappointed about the shower. As you booked through a travel agent we receive limited information about your requirements. All we had against your booking was a request for a sea view room which was allocated. We do have sea view rooms...

Dear guest thank you for posting a view. In reply to some of the comments you have made we would like to make the following points. On Sunday a lot of guests have checked out as they only come for 2 nights which leaves fewer guests in the hotel, we would only put 1 game of bingo and 1 hour...
