booked last minute, wanted near sandcastles taking grandson for a short break, family room good size just what we needed, very clean all necesary towels etc, very welcoming when arrived, breakfast first class as were all the staff, very enjoyable experience wouldnt hesitate to recommend ,

Stayed here in the family room 2 adults 3 kids.Had a friendly easy stress free welcome. Rooms were spotless and enough room and towels etc beds were very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and set you up for the day. Location fab as right next to pleasure beach and sandcastle. Away from the hussle n bussle of Blackpool...

We are just back from a family short break here. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The family room was a good size and our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. From our room we could see the Big One and also across to the beach. We went for Pleasure Beach and this hotel is just a short walk...

Just returned last night from the Colwyn Hotel. We had a superb stay. The staff were wonderful, friendly ,and could not do enough for us. The whole hotel was spotless. Great service overall: staff were superb. Helpful kind friendly and caring. The hotel is squeaky clean and the food is delicious. Best scrambled egg in ages! Rooms are a fair size with lovely comfy beds. Breathtaking sea view from room windows. Lift useful for luggage transportation. Very friendly well run hotel. made to feel right at home from arrival to departure. Spacious functional rooms with a great standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Spacious dining facilities with 1st class service and good hearty food. would certainly return for another stay, and would recommend to family and friends.

My family and I recently stayed in the hotel, a last minute booking! The hotel is in a perfect location, the quieter end of the south shore. Within walking distance to the pleasure beach and sandcastle. Trams run frequently outside so getting to and from is not a problem. The room was lovely with a sea view. Clean bedding, towels...

Very impressed. Wonderful friendly, efficient staff, spotlessly clean rooms, bright white softs sheets! The breakfast is excellent. We met up with family and we had 3 rooms for 3 nights and we all feel the same about this great place and can't praise them enough! Easy to get into town centre as tram or bus stop opposite the hotel. Thanks...

Would recommend this hotel.we have stayed at this hotel twice now,and will be going back.the staff friendly and food is great.spotlessly clean.nothing is too much trouble for the people that run this.looking forward to a return visit very soon.

This was my first trip to blackpool but my husbands 5th trip, he said this hotel was by far the best one he had stayed in. The staff couldn't do more for you. The hotel is very clean, we stayed off season so nothing was open at the pleasure beach but there is a tram right at the front door...
