Excellent location right on the promenade. After an initial mix up with our room as we booked through booking.com I received a phone call from the owner (Tina I think) 2 days before we arrived to say unfortunately she didn't have the family room which we originally booked but that there was 2 double rooms side by side available. She...

The hotel is great nice clean and cheap. The food was lovely but the man on reception when we stayed was really rude. Myself and four friends recently stayed at the Inglewood Seafront hotel as a replacement to our original hotel which (for whatever reason) could not accommodate us. The member of staff at the door was very welcoming, and the interiors seemed clean and nice. We had a total of three rooms, all of which were good. They were all relatively small,...

Friendly at check in, but not so when challenged with a complaint. I would like to say that this hotel is cheap and cheerful but I found it to be cheap grubby and nasty, . Wouldn't stay here again if they paid me. Breakfast and locality was the best thing the hotel had to offer.

I was traveling as part of my job as a support worker with my client. We were originally booked into a different hotel who phoned us an hour before we were due to arrive to tell us that due to circumstances outwith their control we were being moved to the Inglewood. We didn't know where it was or what to...
