We are a small family run business, accommodating couples and families. Our rooms are cosy and well maintained all offering en-suite facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and flat screen TV. All rooms have double glazing and central heating. We serve a full cooked breakfast 9 while 9.30 each morning, but can always accommodate early diners when requested. We are centrally located, so very close to the tower, the promenade, sea life centre, winter gardens and many many bars, restaurants and show bars.

Right how can I review this place staff in the main very polite and accommodating bar one incident. My girlfriend found a bead in the sugar and we waited for the lady to come out and calmly pointed it out and the apology made us feel like liars. This soured the stay greatly.

Had a great 2 night stay here. Location is excellent and by far its best feature. Friendly staff with a car park nearby. £14 for 2 days parking. Facilities were basic but good enough quality. Tip though is that tea and coffee is downstairs and you have to get that for yourself

Hi, we do have parking available at the hotel, it's best to book the parking when you book the room because I only have 4 spaces so they might not be available when you arrive, the parking is £5 a night, so when you book just make sure to put through a request and I'll write it in my book. Many thanks Lauren
