Made very welcoming owners, comfortable on-suite rooms. At the heart of the small hotels town centre area, close to many of Blackpool extensive attractions and activities. Close to free entry social clubs with live entertainment.

the hotel is very friendly the couple that run it are very very helpful the rooms are nice and clean and the bed linen is nice and clean towels in every room a good choice for breakfast and if you have any diate needs they will cater for it

the welcome you recieve from the owners is superb friendly with a great personnel touch along with unobtrusiveness during your stay the breakfast is excellent as well a great place to relax and stay at an affordable price

Stayed 2 nights the room is basic but comfortable bed and a good shower so no problem there, and a good breakfast . arrived in the evening on motorbike landlord came out to show where to park the bikes (secure lockup ) pointed out to me that my bike had a flat front tyre to late then to do anything...

Its OK for a quick one night stay but you can find a lot better for the price. Floors are so uneven the draws and wardrobe won't stay closed. No room to get around bed as room so small. As for the so called parking - its 2 spaces outside a launderette up the road, 2 spaces for a 8...

Excellent hotel . Rooms clean &well laid out. The owners Lynn & Nil are helpful & understanding. They do B&B ,but do evening meals if you require one. My stay was excellent & word highly recommended the hotel to anyone. John.folwell.
