The building is somewhat quaint, but the room/bathroom was very clean, the views were great but it was the Manager Paul who made this stay stand out. A top guy, was very friendly, helpful and was great to chat to.

Very good B & B with the advantage of parking (first come first serve basis) for around a dozen cars. no lift but gentle stairs to upper floors, decent rooms, lovely breakfast and a bar onsite although we didn't use it. very pleasant owners most helpful with all requests Stayed with another couple and I would stay again Recommeneded

My bestie and I wanted a long overdue weekend away so booked hotel through booking.com. Wasn't sure what to expect but reviews were ok. First impressions were that the hotel was very dated, although decor in keeping with the building's era, it is very dark and oppressive. The manager of the hotel seemed very friendly though and offered help with...

It's a typical Blackpool B & B The owner was nice and friendly when we checked in Room was basic, small but clean The hotel bar and entrance was not looking it's best, the carpets needed a good clean and don't think they had been hoovered in yonks!! Would not stop again as there are far better ones in Blackpool

Room ok Clean Nice sea view Would stay again Convenient for Blackpool tram stop across road. The whole hotel could do with a facelift like a lot of them in Blackpool they have gone to seed a little, this one has a good location right on the seafront. Good reasonable Chinese up the road and equally good pub doing pub grub...

A mixed bag, but I'll start with the positives. It's obvious that at one time this building was stunning, it is full of period features. We loved the ornate ceilings, carved wood fixtures, grand fireplace and beautiful painted light fittings. The owner is a really lovely chap, genuinely friendly and welcoming. The hotel doesn't provide food except for breakfast, but...
