We stayed at the Collingwood on Saturday 1November and from arriving early we were greated by Trevor who immediately offered a coffee and biscuits - We immediately felt welcome and found the B & B both welcoming and spotless - the room was faultless - in the evening we called downtairs for pre-evening drinks and had a giggle with our...

Absolutely brilliant hotel with the friendliest hosts around. Recently took my wife for our anniversary and we were made to feel like family. Breakfast is basic but delicious and nothing is too much trouble for Steve and Trevor. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting the area.

Steve & Trevor were very friendly & gave loads of tips of where to visit & where to eat. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very welcome. Steve apologised that the room was dated & explained the hotel is gradually being modernised. However it was clean with comfy beds so we were satisfied. There is a...

Visited this lovely little find on 20th Sept 14 to have a look at the illuminations and was offered a cuppa (or squash, as I don't like hot drinks) and biscuits at the door by the very welcoming and friendly owners. Good clean tidy accomodation right on the sea-front. Room was a little small but clean and perfectly functional. The...

Stayed here for 1 night on 20 Sept 2014. We were met at the door by the owner Steve and offered a hot drink. He took us upstairs to our room which he explained was part en-suite. (This meant we had sink and loo in the room but shower was on floor above.) We were aware of this when we...
