We stayed down for a short break and other than their amazing cheap prices, the customer service was more memorable. I really enjoyed my stay, and I know where to stay again. The receptionist (unsure of her name) was amazing, she was so helpful and kind and she said it was her second shift since being trained. She was wonderful,...

Room was very comfortable over looked the sea front. Bathroom a little small but ok. Staff easy to talk too. Tables at breakfast were not very clean, covers has many stains on them. Breakfast not very hot, poached eggs were like rubber. Chef was very grumpy, someone asked for an omelette chef said "don't do piggin omelettes, not want you...

Decent hotel in a good location. We only stayed one night so didn't really see the staff apart from checking in/out and at breakfast. They seemed nice and friendly. The room was adequate and comfortable. The bathroom was a little cramped but was ok for one night.

Very good is in context of the bargain £28 paid for a seaview room. Exceptional service, politeness and professionalism from the reception who gave a warm welcome. Wall covering stylish, nice flat LED television however furnishings generally dated. Shower room tiny and had seen better days but worked. But room was clean. Hearty breakfast included and again the service was...

Not what I expected on arrival. The room we had booked was not available for some reason or other, the room we got needed a full refurbishment wallpaper hanging off, carpet looked dirty full of cigarette burns. The single bed had what looked like tea stains on it, the headboards full of dust. The toilet seat came off its hinges...

The location was great, just a short walk from the North Pier and the Tower. Breakfast was fine, basic full english but the service could be better. Is it a northern thing to clear one diners plate whilst the other is still eating? The room was clean and the beds comfy, but the bathroom was a disaster. If you're bigger...
