Stayed here 28/09/12 till 01/10/12...never again! had asked for a twin room for myself and a friend and were given a family room with 1 double, 1single bed, which is acceptable. Plus points...bed linen was clean. nothing else was! En-suite had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Had to clean the toilet with baby wipes before we could use...

I've been in many great hotels, some of the best in the world in some of the greatest cities, but the hospitality at the Cerena puts it on a par with them. Nothing is ever a problem and if you need anything it can be done for you. Life isn't always about luxury and this place proves it. Got in...

Twin rooms were tiny and claustrophobic with no heating. Nearest communal toilet had no light and door didnt fit the frame so couldnt actually close it. The communal bath room/shower door handle fell off in hand. Bar room was closed all weekend (no mention of this). They didnt except credit cards even though the sign said they did. TV in...

Good points: had a roof to stop us getting wet, landlady friendly enough, location 2 mins from promenade... Good points over. When we arrived and went up to our rooms (oh after paying by the way - no refund policy) we were disgusted. Room 11: two single beds, a cupboard in front of the door, a grubby dirty sink that...
