We Left today and I wanted to take the time to say Thank you ! William is a great host, the hotel is very very nice, breakfast delicious and we felt like home. William really make you feel like a star and he takes the time to ensure that we had a fantastic time in Blackpool so again THANK YOU...

William is a great host the accommodation is very homely with one of the most comfy beds I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in! As it was Easter William had put chocolate eggs in the rooms! What a nice touch.I definitely would recommend.

We tend to stay in the northern area of Blackpool and have stayed in several places in that area in the past. The Rossdene was no exception in that respect for us, what was rather exceptional was the friendly and courteous welcome and service we were afforded by William the B&B owner. Perfect in every way , room, food, and a exceptional warm welcome, From William, and he's staff. The bar was small, but had all you could ask for, good music too. William made us feel at home in a instant! It really is our new home from home, we will definitely be returning in the summer for a long weekend...

Staggering distance to the sea, warm welcome. Great breakfast homemade rosties...including Buck's Fizz as it was new year. Room clean tidy smart great tray of tea and goodies. Hot shower better than at home! Looking forward to a repeat visit. Thank you

Lovely and warm welcome by the jovial and helpful host, homely,beautifully clean and great breakfast - more like a hotel then B&B, v good value for money a recommended and already planning next visit 😊 overall a really enjoyable stay... Gentle walk away from noisy bars in quiet area but close to sea front so ideal

We returned again to stay with William. We have come for same weekend for the past several years. William is a fantastic host, the rooms are spacious and clean.It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from centre or you can hope on bus on main road. We will be back next year.

Stayed here for the third time this weekend with my daughter for our annual Blackpool illuminations visit!William is such a warm and welcoming host. Our room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Williams breakfasts are fantastic and he caters to individual tastes. We will certainly be returning next year - the leading hotels could certainly learn a thing or two...

Just got back from a lovely weekend in Blackpool. Rossdene house was a beautiful place to stay. The owner William was a really lovely man who couldn't have been more welcoming & he was brilliant with the children. The rooms were spacious, clean & had everything required for a weekend stay. The breakfast was fantastic. We will be returning next...
