Stayed here for two nights and to be honest it was ok for a place to rest your head, however the room smelt like wee and the toilet was leaking... when the cleaners came to the room they didn't leave enough towels and when speaking to reception to get some extra ( as we were left 1 and there was...

We have stayed in Premier Inns many times before and this one provided good value. We seem to have avoided some of the problems other reviewers have had - there was no connecting door so there was no problem with noise from the next room. The car park was easy enough to get into, we were lucky enough to find...

Clean, tidy and a basic place to lay my head. The location is great for centre of town and the University. The staff are lovely and friendly. The hotel could do with more tlc eg cleaner carpets, inner court yards that aren't eyesores and lifts that work. It's the details that are lacking from making this a basic stay to...

Easy to find, about a 2 minute walk from the Railway Station and across the road from restaurants and shopping. Football ground is a 25/30 minute walk and Rugby is 20/25 minutes away. Nice welcome from the receptionist and a requirement to pay for room/breakfast on arrival, £45/£8.99 which was good value for an Easter Bank Holiday Monday night. Other...

Great location very close to train station - within easy walking distance to city centre bars, restaurants etc + rugby and football grounds not too far. Free onsite parking a great bonus! Staff always friendly, well stocked bar, nice views from upper floors

This hotel is very convenient as it is a short walk to Highcross, restaurants and the cathedral area as well as being close to the railway station. We made sure we arrived early as we were keen to secure a parking space. The spaces are quite tight but worth the effort. There is a lift up to the hotel from...

The staff at this hotel are so professional and hard working, they always make us feel at home and are very accommodating with our fussy dinner orders! Would recommend the continental breakfast for convenience and lovely pastries. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the location is great. Right next to the train station and a fifteen minute walk to shops...

Stayed here for 3 nights to attend a training event at the university. Ideal location as next to train station and city centre shops and bars. 25 minute walk to university. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Staff very friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat which we appreciated. Everything you would expect from a premier inn.
