I stay here every week for two nights for work. It is an excellent location right next door to the train station and you literally cross the road and you're in the City with all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and you don't hear any traffic noise despite being on a busy main road. The standard connection for the free wifi is poor, so recommend paying £5 for the upgrade if you want to watch Netflix and there is no connection in certain areas of the hotel such as some of the rooms which have the big pillars in them. I like staying here, there is a warm, homely atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The only gripe I have is they seem to be understaffed and often there is nobody serving at the bar, or on reception, because they are busy elsewhere covering another area. This is down to the Senior Management of the company to sort though as you can clearly tell they are under pressure.

Hotel's Favourite
Little gem this hotel. Underground parking but also right next door to train station. Nice warm welcome on arrival. The room I had on the 8th floor was massive. Extremely clean and tidy. Didn't eat in the hotel, but did have late night drinks in the bar. Bar shut at 12.30am, didn't go to bed till 3 but Trevor the night manger didn't rush you out of the area. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and should I ever return to Leicester I will most definitely stay here again.

This premier inn is in a perfect location, very close to the railway station and also to the main shopping area with cafes and restaurants if desired. The room and hotel communal areas were very clean. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Perfect for a weekend break. Staff were polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here 1 night just before daughters graduation, we had 3 rooms. Stayed on floor 6, nice sized room but not a newly refurbished room, having stayed at many Premier Inns, the bed here wasn't the ex large, comfy type one you normally get, it was old, lumpy mattress, sagging in the middle, I kept rolling into the middle. The air con was noisy so we turned it off, only to hear a constant loud dripping/clunking noise all night. l mentioned this to my daughter and she also said the same in her room, she was on the 8th floor Would also be nice to have a detachable shower head, so you are able to wash your hair separately and shower little ones. Room wasn't cleaned very well, i found chocolate raisins/peanuts under the TV table, definitely not ours and was quite dusty. On the good side, breakfast was great, items hot and plentiful, eggs made to order Hotel in a good location, close to all amenities, most places within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful

I expected my room to be like the ones advertised on the website but this was not the case. Had I known all rooms in the hotel didn’t look like the image I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. The pipes were very noisy whenever the tap was running. The window in the room does not open and my room had a weird humid smell which didn’t seem to go away. The pillows were also very flat. yea we The staff were nice and friendly and the hotel is very close to the train station which is very convenient.
