I stayed here for two nights on a work trip. Great location though awkward for taxi drivers as it is on a one-way street so they have to turn around or drop you off over the road. Really near a main road with restaurant options and literally a one minute walk from the train station. Lifts could be a bit...

Stayed at the Leicester Premier Inn with my girlfriend for a birthday party in the city. 5 minutes walk to the party. Very close to the station. Nice and quiet as we were on the 9th floor. Room was clean and tidy and bed was comfy. No need to claim my money back as we had a good night's sleep.Took...

Sometimes we forget that a good trip advisor rating doesn't mean it's a 4 or 5 star hotel! I believe it's 3 star. No concierge service or bell boy. The room only has a hair dryer and a kettle and soap - no fridge, ironing board (though you can borrow both these things downstairs I think) shower caps, room slippers,...

Stayed here with my 18 year old daughter who was attending an interview at De Montfort university. Our stay was made perfect by the very friendly and helpful Tom on reception who was doing 2 week training before moving to nearly by Fosse hotel. Tom provided us with a map to the university and recommended some restaurants close by as...

We stayed two nights, and found the staff all very helpful. (Neema was excellent, but seemed to be doing more than she should whilst others stood by) We had twin rooms which meant a corner room (one per floor) which was spacious. Good check in at reception. Very handy underground car park, especially on frosty nights! Disappointed the window didn't...

very close to shops, pubs, station. rooms are large , well lit, beds soooo comfy, and car parking makes it an ideal hotel. if I nit pick dinner is served too late for theatre goers and the bar did not have a decent scotch so we had to drink elsewhere. we shall be back.

Yesterday was my first night in this hotel after regularly staying in other local hotels for work. This is by far the best hotel in this price range in the local area. The staff could not be more professional, helpful and friendly both at reception and at also in the restaurant. The rooms are cosy and the beds comfortable -...

This was a great premier inn. Excellent value and really friendly staff. The hotel is really easy to find excellent location for the city centre . Room was clean except the jaffa cake we found under the bed didn't belong to us. The breakfast was lovely freshly prepared and kids ate for free. Parking was available and free.

Check in was smooth and hassle free and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with regards to parking which was also not an issue. The room and bathroom were clean and functional however, I stayed in room 102 and would NOT recommend this room as it has a false wall and connecting door to the next room, the...
