I was in Leicester for business and needed somewhere quiet as I have had to work. Rob upgraded me to an on-suite with no issues. Parking wasn't a problem. I had a kettle, fridge and WiFi. Truly 5 star! Thank you!

I stayed here with my partner for one night when we went to watch Leicester Tigers play at Welford Road Stadium. The room was scrupulously clean and the bed was very comfortable, probably one of the best B&B beds we’ve stayed in. There was a sink in the room and we had an en-suite. There are also rooms available with a separate bathroom for a lower price. We also had a huge TV, remote controlled lights and a coffee maker. The tea and coffee supplies were well stocked and the mugs provided were nice to drink out of. Breakfast was extremely good value and well worth having. There was another guest there and the owner, Bob, and the other guest sat with us whilst we had breakfast which gave it a real homely feel. We were happy to chat, but I felt that if we hadn’t been, then we’d have been left to our own devices. The location is excellent. There’s free on street parking right outside and Tesco Express a couple of minutes down the road. Walking into town was pleasant, passing over the river and going past some historic buildings and took about 15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

Thanks for the great review, it's just a shame that Leicester Tigers let us both down once again.

We stayed one night during a visit to National Space Musium in Leister. The room is clean and comfortable. We had a room with 3 single bed.Shower and toilet was located on the same floor to share. I booked breakfast as well ( english breakfast, toast, tea/coffee and juice) . It was a lot and kept us going for most of the day. The owner is very friendly and he was the one who cooked breakfast for us. The room was £66 + £12 for breakfast.it is very good price. The owner gave us a kid discount and only charge us £70. I will recommend the place if you are not looking a luxurious room. It is 3star guest house.

Excellent location for visiting cathedral and King Richard 111 centre. Added bonus was a full kitchen for guest use which we have never seen in a guest house. The extra money for the hot breakfast is well worth the money.
