Kabalou's Hotel

Booked for one night for Nationale Space Centre visit. What we saw in that hotel has terrified us!!! Nice welcome but nothing more! Checked in late afternoon but after the visit in our room we've decided to book somewhere else or drive home at night. Filthy starecase; punche holes on room doors, terrible smell and all dusty. Our room was even worse!! Rubish,smashed phone,bedsheet and dirty towel on the roof of the buliding below our room window (which was our view!!). Everything!Absolutely everything was dirty!! Also stains of POO on the wall, just above the pillow !! I took pictures of it all and showed them to receptionist which offered us another room but after what we saw I could not stay there with my 6year old son which has allergies. Also explained that to receptionist and asked for refund but been told that the manager is not on site so I can leave my details and they will call me back. NEVER DID!Please avoid this place!! I dont understand how is this place still opened!?…

Great prices so shouldn't expect anything special but seriously bad it's like a hostel

Best part of this hotel was the Wi-Fi at least that worked, a few of us was in this hotel, lights not working, wardrobe doors hanging off, toilets hanging out holes in walls and doors, rooms stunk of weed, drawings on walls locks not working on doors so chairs being used, freezing in the rooms radiators did not come on at all, enjoyed checking out knowing id never go back there again was like a hostel…

OMG😳

Firstly It was not a choice to book this accommodation but I was let down by Booking.com and had no other choice. Leicester was full due to it being Graduation week and Booking.com cancelled our accommodation as we sat outside the venue. Back to the Comfort Hotel- trade description being informed!!!!!. Leaking toilet. Broken bed. No facilities. Bloody awful venue. Dirty and of a very poor standard. I cried. Positive was that despite how dreadful this place was the staff member was polite, helpful to our needs and tried to assist. I am also asking booking.com to remove from listing…

Avoid at all cost

We stayed at this hotel as it was only 11 minutes from glenfeild hospital my dad was having heart surgery and we wanted to be close to him we checked in at 20.00 the hotel stinks the curtain was hanging down there was a wet room there was tape all round toilet and round the side where the shower is u got the stench of dirty drains all night never have me and mum stayed in somethink so bad we checked out at 7 the next morning surely this place shouldn't even be open the emergency light on the stair way was all smashed as well we couldn't wait to get out we came back home the following night!…

Dreadful experience

Was booked in here for 1 night on business. Had driven 350 miles so was looking forward to a nice bath or shower. Was appalled with what I was greeted with in this room. I’ve posted my own pics...but take a look at the management pics- the hotel bears no resemblance to these. Walls paper thin, so noise comes from all sides. Really got no sleep and needed to be fresh for the next day. No breakfast facilities and no remote for the tv. I really can’t believe a hotel like this is allowed to exist in the UK in the 21st century. Truly dreadful.…
