We stayed here one night on a voucher deal which was good value. Hotel rooms are mainly in blocks not in main hotel, they were spacious and clean. Swimming pool was out of action and I think this maybe the case for some time. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order and service prompt. Only...

Check in was quick and easy. Noticed the pool was closed as it was empty and had a cover over it. Wasn't there to swim so didn't really bother us. Given wrong room number or wrong card, had to go down to reception twice and then given a totally different room. The hotel itself could do with modernising, however the...

I have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions during my buisness trips and have found on each stay that it's unable to meet even a 2 star standard rating. The hotel seemed to be running on a shoestring of a budget and in dire need of investment and decent and honest management control. Everything from the room...

Just returned from Leicester, were booked into The Westfield Hotel with a Groupon voucher, now we known why they needed to use vouchers. Nothing like the description or pictures on line. Turning into the hotel our hearts dropped, only one other car in the car park and it looked desolate, not at all welcoming, a mere hello from Brian the...

Travelled on a Groupon for an overnight stay. Classed as a 3 star and no more than a three star. Bedroom was a little tired, but warm and clean, fit for purpose. Beds for my liking were very soft. Bathroom though was spotless. Service was adequate, though asked for a morning call at 08.45 and got te call at 07.45 up...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during the Easter school break, using a Groupon Deal. The receptionist was friendly and check-in was swift. There were leisure facilities but the pool and spa area were out of action, due to the pool needing chlorine. The gym was still in use. The room area on the ground floor was quiet...

I stay here fairly regularly for work, its a clean and tidy place and the staff always seem friendly and welcoming. They have free Internet and a decent swimming pool/spa to unwind after a busy day. The on-site restaurant is okay with a nice choice of food, there is a lounge bar that serves a decent selection of wines and...

We booked a family room through booking.com as we needed to break our journey up. Unfortunately we read the reviews after doing this and were dreading our arrival. However, to be fair to the place it's really not that bad! Our room was huge, very clean and reminded us of Alan Partridge's travel tavern. In fact had the staff been...
