Hotel was quiet and looked clean, I did however wake with several insect bites on my forearm, I cannot be sure this was in the hotel but my arms were covered at all other times. Not being able to check in until 14:00 could have been a problem had I wanted to get changed before…
Awful place. 1. Not enough car parking spaces. 2. No staff at the front desk to check in.... they’re all having a smoking break together. 3. Curtains hanging off windows 4. Beds so worn out that they’re like hammocks with springs poking into you. 5. Road noise. 6. Dirty…
I chose the hotel for convenience of the location. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. But it was very basic and not at all luxurious, except for a good size tv. Found the bed to be lumpy and the room so hot I couldn't sleep even with the window open in January!…
Was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Was a dirty sock in window. Stains on shower ceiling. Paper cups for hot drinks. Lumpy bed and hard pillows. Toilet wouldn't flush (yuk). And cost me £99 for a night. Avoid like the plague. Would give zero points if I could ☹️
I’m happy overall. I’ll recommend this hotel for people wanting to be near the town centre. Rooms were simple but value for money. Location is good. The customer service is excellent, staff are very polite and friendly.
"Take your own mugs and teaspoons as you only get given paper cups. "
"Don’t go there are better places with less noise"
"Rooms facing car park are quieter"
"Pick an upper floor on the car park side as the other side overlooks a busy main road and can be noisy"
"Insist on a room on the opposite side to the road - or stay somewhere else."
