Hotel was great service fantastic. Breakfast was disappointing scrambled egg look rubbery as same for fried eggs. Not the best breakfast. Was close for visiting family over the 2 days we stayed. Friendly staff.

There are two premier inns on the A50 and we went to the wrong one fist of all, but both were extremely helpful and friendly., even though we arrived quite late at night around 11:30 with tired children. I would recommend the Croby Road as it has refurbished rooms and is quieter as it is not next to a pub....

Room was a bit noisy as we had room right next to stairs, could hear door open and close and people walking up and down stairs.Generally happy with overall stay and will probably stay there next time we are in Leicester.

What a pleasant stay staff were very chatty and helpful. Room was as always very clean. We went into Leicester for a new year drink and this hotel is just the right place without being to close to the huff and bustle of the town centre the taxi was only £12 so a good night all round

Nice hotel and friendly staff, we only spent one night here, unfortunately very noisy and the bed was terrible, at the end of the day if you get no sleep then that's a problem for the place. Have to go to a pub 100 meters down path for breakfast, which wasn't terrible. Was nice enough overall but the no sleep...

Ok it's a Premier Inn, but what sets this apart was the warmth of the welcome and the genuine check to see if all was OK when we left. Someone is managing the team well here. They really seem to care. Room was warm comfortable and we got a good night's kip.

Having travelled 440 miles to attend a family funeral the hotel was very conveniently situated very close to the cemetery. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I found adequate parking. The room was spacious, very clean and bed was very comfortable. Although the website made it clear the hotel was on a main road neither my wife or I...

Stayed for 2 nights - 2 rooms in our party on Xmas Eve & Xmas Day. Reception staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Rooms really nice, comfortable, clean, smart & all amenities you could wish for. Would recommend & stay again here. Only negative was the food in the restaurant next door was terrible, inedible! Avoid!
