Great hotel s public house next door for drinks and food. Receptionist was very helpful and polite in the hotel. The stay over however was ruined buy loud banging and doors being slammed from the room above. This went on from about 10.30pm until 2.30am so was very tiered in the morning before a long drive home. My wife complain...

The staff here are friendly and helpful (e.g. with taxis). However if you want a drink of water, you have to buy it from a machine! There is no restaurant within the hotel. It's across the car park and called Heathley Park, Fayre &Square. Refer to other reviews before you eat there. Breakfast was poor with scrambled eggs that were...

wonderful check in with the most amazing girl who was efficient, friendly and helpful. Great room with modren bathroom, facilities and all spotlessly clean. The restaurant/bar alongside has fantastic selection of food and the most amazing deals. I was bowled over given the price we paid for this. A wonderful experience.

We chose this Premier Inn because of its location fairly close, but not too close, to Leicester city centre for our trip to the Richard 111 visitor centre and his tomb in the Cathedral. A great hotel, welcoming staff, lovely clean room, good security. We had a great meal at the Fayre & Square which is a few steps from...

Very Friendly & helpful staff(Thanks Steven for exchanging the N.Ireland bank note) Excellent beds (I'm definitely gonna buy one!) The only down side - There was NO cooked breakfast available on our first day, ONLY continental due to kitchen problems. ***normal service...

We stayed here on our way home from holiday to meet up with family coming from other areas in the East Mids. The room was of the usual Premier Inn standard - clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The big downside for us at this Premier Inn is the Fayre and Square pub next door. That...
