The staff are brilliant. The hotel is undergoing extension but the old bit is extremely tired and tatty. Breakfast is the worst I've had. People were walking out. I ordered an omelette; I have never seen anything so disgusting... a good ten minutes in the microwave produced an impenetrable mound, yet it was still served. People had booked a table...

This is an older hotel - no security on access to bedrooms, tired bathrooms. Restaurant is not operated by Premier Inn. Horrible experience for dinner for grown ups and breakfast poor quality and service. People tried their best.

We stayed here for a weekend. The hotel met the usual Premier Inn standards. Our room was very clean, quiet and warm. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and we're able to check in 2 hours early. The hotel was very easy to find and only a 15 mi it's bus ride from the city centre. The restaurant...

Very good service and onsite restaurant. Good location and away from the road. Staff were polite and sensitive to our needs. We were advised that this Preminger in will be undated soon, will be nice when done.

Pleasant premier inn, comfortable and clean room, nice welcome from the team. Good car parking, slept very well. The restaurant attached was a little noisy due to a huge family area, but food nice .Breakfast service was excellent and food freshly cooked Would stay again

Not the newest and shiniest but immaculately clean. Strong hot shower. Huge bed and very comfortable. Tricky to find as turn off is on County Hall road off roundabout. Head for County Hall and you've cracked it. I have stayed here several times and will happily do so again. Pub attached which is same good value.

This is obviously an old Travelodge that has just been given a quick makeover in Premier Inn colours - and it shows. Very scruffy throughout, bedroom has certainly seen better days and very low ceiling in my upstairs room made it feel quite claustrophobic (and I'm not). On one of the coldest nights of the year, the heating went off...

Hello Suzanne, Thanks for taking the time to review your visit. I'm very sorry to read that you were unhappy with the condition of your room as you found it to be scruffy, small and cold. We have stayed at this Premier a few times due to its great location in relation to where our family and friends live. We had a lovely welcome from Becky, who remembered us from previous visits. Having stayed at a newer Premier the same week, this one looked very tired in comparison. It is in need of a facelift in...
