Lovely room but so noisy! It’s now 1am, am on 3rd (top) floor; and there is so much shouting and partying outside in the streets I will get no sleep tonight - dreadful. Horrible empty blank entrance on ground level with just a lift and nothing else. Room nice and balcony, but not good enough to make up for noise.

I was a little worried when booking this hotel because of mixed reviews on here as it did look a good hotel. I needn’t have worried as this was an excellent hotel I will stay in again if in the area. The lady on reception was very polite and helpful and always asked was everything okay for me. I had contacted them before my stay about parking and they have a deal with car park above the shopping centre behind them for £6 for 24hr period but you just have to remember to get reception to do your ticket. Room was big and had a 55inch smart tv in it which was really good and I was able to connect my fire stick to it anyway. Wifi was of good quality and no problems streaming. Bed was very comfy and it was quiet where I was as I had a back room. The hotel is easy to find in the centre and there are lots of eating places just around it.

Right, I'll be honest this place does take some finding, in the end I had to phone and ask where they were, but it is worth it. Check in was quick, and the room itself was enormous, with a great bathroom and very comfortable bed. There's no food or bar but there's any amount of places nearby for a meal or a drink. The only gripe was the £20 parking at the NCP, not the hotels fault but it should be mentioned before you book. And describing the location as 'behind the car park' doesn't really give many clues.

People please don’t be fooled by the pictures online the Hotel is nothing like the pictures. So when we arrived at the hotel we were shocked to see a small entrance between two shops, the elevator took atleast 10 minutes to come down to the ground floor. The hotel has no bar or kitchen facilities the rooms are not clean, dust is visible on glass tables. And if you want a good night sleep this hotel is definitely not for you. We could hear music upon on till 4am the hotel is located on top of a bar you could also hear people screaming and shouting. We had a horrible experience will never return back or recommend anyone to go. The rooftop is disgusting and also not clean at all. We could even hear the people next door to us, people opening and shutting doors any movement in corridors you could just hear everything. Awful experience and definitely a waste of £100 for the night!
