Stayed here for just one night and were so impressed. Very clean, very nice decor, comfy bed. Earplugs provided in case of noise disturbance: we didn't need them. But it was the little touches that made the difference - go experience for yourself. Fabulous breakfast...More

Room was a little chilly but heating was put on.
Had a brilliant weekend at Lincoln. Stayed at this guest house for a second time. Brilliant. Such attention to detail. One of the best we have stayed in. Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast superb. Staff fantastic. Nothing to much trouble.

browns pie shop is an institution in Lincoln and a must visit. the pies and food are excellent.
