It was a lovely place to stay at Brayford Guest House, a great location to visit Cathedral Church and the oldest street 'Steep Hill'. We were fortune to have a good weather to explore this city. Nice clean room but wifi connection was very poor.

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed, and such kind staff. Short distance from all amenities. We would highly recommend anyone staying here. A guided tour of cathedral and castle is a must.

A lovely B and B close to the waterfront, within walking distance to all the facilities. We stayed in room 7 in the courtyard and liked the fact we had our own entrance. The room is well equipped and very clean, with a comfortable king size bed. The breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and there is more than enough to sustain...

Room was modern, stylish and comfortable with standards comparable to many high class hotels. Breakfast cooked to order and beautifully prepared by Marie and served by Clint. Lovely couple with a warm welcome, will definitely be visiting again and cannot recommend this venue highly enough

Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Hosts were wonderful, could not do enough for us. Even assisted with parking. Breakfast was also great. One minor downside was the traffic noise from the main road, having said that it was not obtrusive. Great location for the city centre, good value for money and definitely worth a revisit.

This is the most perfect place to stay. The owners were great - helpful and extremely kind. The breakfast was first class the rooms were spotless and nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to another visit. Just great !

The is a gem of a guest house. Exceptional quality throughout. .I have stayed on two occasions and would not hesitate to return. Marie and Clint make you feel so welcome and relaxed; nothing is a problem, and they go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable one. There isn't anything they don't know about the local area....

Stayed for 2 nights visiting my son at Uni. We had a twin and a double room, both were comfortable with nice decoration and an ensuite shower room. The double was slightly better laid out and seemed to have a bit more space. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The guest house is in...

Stayed here for 2 nights in December for The Levellers concert at the nearby Engine Shed venue (15 minutes walk). I stayed in the single room which was located in the outbuilding to the rear of the property in which I found nice and cosy. Couldn't have asked for more friendly hosts Marie explained everything in good detail and Clint...
