The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, with lunch, advice and luggage storage. Our room was comfortable and all that we could desire for the single night. The restaurant prices were a bit high for the quality of food delivered.

We stayed here for 2 nights over the Easter holiday and was very impressed with the hotel. We had a superior room facing the beautiful Cathedral with a balcony and this couldn't be faulted, spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and most helpful. The breakfast had a great choice, something for everyone. Would certainly use the hotel again....

The entrance to the hotel was rather odd. We parked in the secure area then was slightly lost as to which was the main way of getting in. Looked at the way in at the rear of the hotel but that looked a bit crummy so we headed round to the front - to what looked like more of a...

Located in a most enviable location on the edge of the Cathedral Green. We booked a 'standard double' room which was a little tight for space but comfortable nevertheless. Our room overlooked the hotel's car park, free to hotel guests (a real bonus). While we didn't eat dinner in the restaurant, breakfast is something to really look forward to. So...

Enjoyed our three night stay at this 60's looking hotel which looked a trifle odd opposite a wonderful cathedral and amid a historic district. However, our lovely balcony room overlooking the cathedral was great. Very spacious and clean with a flat screen television and two comfortable chairs and table. The quality of both breakfast and dinner was extremely good as...

Requested a quiet room when we booked and when we checked in. Allocated a room opposite the lift and by the stair well. Noise from lift and wedding party on floor below kept us awake for a couple of hours. Not impressed. Dinner and breakfast was good. Very central location with parking so very convenient.
