Warm and welcoming. A lovely attic room with an excellent view of the Cathedral towers. Central location, ideal for all tourist attractions. Tasty breakfast with a good choice to suit all palates and plenty of it!! Will definitely be back as a weekend is not long enough to do all sights. Thank you Paul and Tracey for your hospitality.

From entering the B&B we were made to feel really welcome & at home. The Olde Worlde charm of the building was fascinating and was sympathetically restored by the current owners. The room was really clean and warm, with a comfy bed and fluffy towels. The bathroom was well equipped and the shower was piping hot. The breakfast room was...

Owner really helpful and accommodating. Terrific location, clean, good breakfasts. You need a hard hat for the first day in the loft room as you will bang your head a lot, but you'll soon learn! Car parking in the back yard available. A sympathetic renovation to a very old building. It was wonderful to hear the Cathederal bells chiming too.

A very warm welcome, nothing to much trouble for Paul or his staff. Rooms clean and comfortable with a good breakfast menu. Good location with car parking. The car park entrance is not large and may exclude the larger car.

Visited 3&4th Feb, lovely big room, quailty bedding and quilt always makes a difference! Spotlessly clean, staff very welcome and very generous breakfast. Guest house is in a central location, great views of the cathedral especially night time and on site parking always a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for one night in room 10 which has views of the Cathedral towers above the rooftops. We were advised that check in was 3pm but that we could park our car if we arrived early. We arrived just before 12 and were able to check in straight away which was a bonus. Our room was beautiful and had clearly...

Warm welcome from host Paul and housekeepers Hayley, Helen &Tracy. Wonderful building, extremely comfortable room with its own sitting room and magnificent cathedral view - bells are not rung throughout the night but when they did during the day, they were wonderful to hear, especially late Sunday morning. Beautifully appointed throughout. Excellent breakfasts (1 vegetarian, 1 not). Perfect spot with...

We were warmly welcomed, and discovered that what we thought was a room with additional sofa was in fact a 2 room suite! Room 5; both beautiful, and great value; 2nd room can act as an extra bedroom. Lovely king sized bed; great views of the cathedral towers; excellent hearty breakfast (great veggie options too). Lots of historical features throughout...

This was our second time Lincoln but our first time to cathedral view. Our experience was great. The only thing we could fault was the wifi which was hit and miss. This didn't cause a problem as I managed to get onto the wifi across the road as we had previously stayed there. We were in room 4 at the...

We arrived early to a warm welcome from Helen (one of the housekeepers) and our room was ready for us. We were in room 10 which was a fresh, new room in the annex building. The room was very spacious and elegantly decorated and furnished in a lovely contemporary yet traditional style. The bathroom was also very spacious with a...

“We stayed in Room 4, which is at the front of the building, looking onto another hotel and the Cathedral. The windows are the traditional mullion windows so did not shut properly (the room was warm though), so it was quite noisy from the road. The hotel opposite has an early delivery so it woke us up. Next time I would ask for a room at the back of the building. ”
