This hotel is described on their site as. Fantastic hotel with each room having stunning views of the castle walls (except those in the annex) My impression. Disappointing, I booked two superior rooms on the net., with the reviews and description It was perfect. Not so when you get there. Neither room had views described see photos. My friends room...

We stayed here for two nights and booked it as it was nicely situated in the city and described itself as "luxury". We were disappointed by the size and quality of the room - probably about the standard of a Travelodge. There was only one very small bottle of shower gel, not enough for two people, and no conditioner. None...

FIrst of all I have no beef with the staff who tried their best. A supposedly "boutique"hotel, we thought when booking we'd treat ourselves to a superior room. That turned out to be a waste of money. It was a very small room which really made me wonder what the standard room looked like. Anyway the mattress was really awful...

This hotel in in a excellent location opposite the castle, in a great location, Bed and Breakfast accomadation, also caters for evening meals, and has a bar. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, was made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, unfortunatly you cannot help meeting other guests whom think they are better...

Friendly efficient check in, attractive reception and open plan bar area. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. There is a nice blend of old and new here in a great location for seeing the old city centre. We had a room at the back, which was noisy when the kitchen staff came in to start breakfast, but other than...

Situated in the centre of the old town it is a nice hotel which has recently been updated. The bathrooms are modern and they supply all the amenities, however the rooms can be a bit on the small side. They have their own free car park and there is additional parking very close by, but you do have to pay....

The 2 bedroom apartment is a great space in which to stay but be warned it is advertised as 5* luxury.......it is not! On entering the apartment the scruffy paintwork is an immediate disappointment, there are stains on the carpets and we had several items of chipped crockery. There is also an old and damaged stereo unit that plays cds...

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location easy walking distance to the Castle & Cathedral. Staff very pleasant, helpful & smart. Standard double room well equipped, very comfortable & modern-king sized bed comfy. Walls very thin, could hear next door chatting easily, but not a problem as only staying for one night. Unfortunately we were not told there wasn't dinner on...

We booked a night in Lincoln through Trip Advisor and it proved to be good value for money without being spectacular. The hotel is located in the centre of the city near the castle and has adequate parking. The room was adequate and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also good value. Its a typical old hotel which has...
