We went to the Pyewipe with some friends from Lincoln hence how we came across this wonderful Inn. The Inn is well off the beaten track and we travelled down at night so pretty dark, however have to say the lovely fire lit in the bar and cosy atmosphere was very welcome from the cold. There was four of us...

Went last night as a couple for The Valentine menu. We went last year and enjoyed it so we thought we would give it another go. The set menu was varied and every course was good. I had lamb hock which was tender and tasty. The only quibble I have is I prefer my veg served separately ( I am...

Stayed here for one night, accommodation comfy. Food in the restaurant really nice and fairly priced! Would definitely stay again, definitely in the summer because their garden is lovely!! Only a 40 minute walk along the canal into the city. Decor is dated if I'm being honest and you can't get wifi in the accommodation. Would stay here again!

I stayed here with a colleague last week as we were working in the Lincoln area for a couple of days. This was the only hotel with 2 rooms available in the area when we booked. We were a bit anxious as the photos of the rooms online looked dated and aged so we weren't expecting much. There were a...

We called in, purely on the off chance, whilst visiting Lincoln. It had been recommended to us - we called in on the way home. It was busy but we were made very welcome by staff and locals alike. Had a very relaxed atmosphere and a homely feel. We both had the roast dinner and the beef was cooked beautifully...

Food was dreadful. Very disappointed. Will not be eating here again. Turkey was bland, as was gravy. Stuffing inedible. Starter of mozzarella & tomatoes small and undressed. Desert sickly. Service poor. Certainly not worth 60 pounds per head

I was here for dinner with a large group (over 20 people) and overall the experience was mediocre the drinks were pretty good but nothing stunning but my vegetarian meal was overly salty for the main and overly sweet and sickly for the pudding. The service was fast but some members of staff were rude on occasion. Its not terrible...

I dined here last night for the third time with the same group. We were 22 in number and had four different starters and four mains between us. The food was all served quickly and each course was good. There is a good sized car park and the only negative is finding the turn off the A57 and then remembering...

Very disappointed, in everything, booked this as it claims that it has wifi, but only in reception, what they don't tell you is that reception is 400 or 500 yards away, which is also the bar and restaurant, so unless you want to sit in the restaurant there is no WIFI. We were also informed that the last room available...
