Rooms nice and clean. Modern feel to room. In basement so no windows. Not bad for a winter break. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideal location for restaurants on Bold Street. Fast free WiFi. Phone signal not very strong.

Lovely hotel which had everything we wanted. Super friendly staff who were always happy to help. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Room and corridors were always clean and never too much noise heard. Also really close to the city centre, about a 5 minute walk, and Albert Docks was only a 15 minute walk away which...

From the outside it looks like your everyday boutique establishment, but as they say looks can be deceiving. The staff are friendly, the beds are comfy & the room looks nice. But what is not explained when booking is that you are underground! So no windows or natural air in your room. A fan/extractor is running all the time which...

We are enjoying our stay! I just can't find a hairdryer and a frying pan (silly but a necessity)! Location is peaceful and Metropolitan Cathedral is 5 minutes away. Only 12 minutes walk from Lime Street Rail Station. Book earlier, rooms and apartments are sold out quickly!

0.6 of a mile walk from lime street and only 20 mins walk to Albert Dock supermarkets near by the flute pub next door helps with the wifi situation sound proof rooms only noise heard is that when people flush the toilet friendly staff as well

It is quite central and rather close to all locations of interest. Room was very quiet and also clean. Staff went out of their way to help us. I was slightly annoyed that they charge to store baggage after check-out, albeit it is only a small fee.

I booked one of their windowless 'pod rooms' in the basement, because it was a great price (£130 for two nights), and we just needed a place to wash and sleep. I was a bit apprehensive about the windowless aspect, but thought I'd give it a go. We arrived to a comfortable room (209) with kingsize bed, and all the...

We stayed 1 night to watch the boxing. The room was tiny, no windows and the bed was literally stuck to the shower room door! The toilet/shower room is also tiny and it felt difficult to relax in such a small space and the room was very hot. The location was ideal, hence the 3 stars but other than that,...
