Detailed Reviews
Stayed for 3 nights on a city break and were met by Jonathon Jones on reception who was very friendly and helpful. The location is great meaning we were in walking distance of the main sites and a number of excellent restaurants. We would highly recommend Rosa's Thai Café, Lunyalita and Hanover Street Social. Keep clear of the Jurys Inn, a lunchtime snack was expensive and poor quality.
Our room at Staybridge was of a very good standard and cleaned to a high standard, plus very quiet. The only element which was not of the same high standard was the breakfast. It did depend on which staff were on duty as to how quickly plates were cleared and the breakfast was restocked. Unfortunately, the cooked food was only lukewarm or cold everyday, the breakfast could be brought up to the same high standard of the rest of the hotel without too many changes.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again if ever in Liverpool.

I do apologise for the dissatisfaction with our complimentary breakfast buffet. Our team does strive to go above and beyond to meet our guests needs and it is upsetting to hear we missed the mark on this occasion. We arrived about 30 mins early and our room was ready so they let us check in straight away. Our room was on the 5th floor. No view from the room as there is building going on right outside. The room was nice, bright, spacious and had everything you’d need. Lovely little kitchenette with a good size fridge too. Comfy bed, good shower also. We were attending a show at the M&S Arena and Staybridge was the perfect location. Literally walk up a few steps and you’re there. Took us two minutes to get there. Then there’s a foot bridge at the end of the road which leads you to all the bars and restaurants. This is less than 5 minutes walk away. The car park underneath the apartments is quite small and was full when we arrived but there’s a multi story a stones throw away which is the same price to park. It was £15 for 24 hours. We took advantage of the free breakfast on offer too and glad we did. Lots of choice hot and cold. Good selection of drinks and lovely staff. We’ll definitely stay here again.

+1
City break in January, chose the suites because they’re both central, on the docks and dog friendly. Dogs are limited to the first floor and the reception area at meal times but that was just fine. Breakfast is included and we sat by the roaring fireplace with the dog and enjoyed a veggie friendly breakfast, great choice of everything...
Complimentary hot drinks through the day and a snack complimentary happy hour in the evening make it all the more social.
The room we stayed in looked out across the quay and the massive corner window just set the room off nicely. All the normal and usual amenities and the WiFi is good enough to stream and work from.
Really clean, kitchen was well equipped, quiet, reception staff were super friendly and adored the dog, despite her not accepting treats off them!!!
Really enjoyed it, everything is in walking distance and the secure car park means you don’t have to worry.
Will go back when it’s not quite so cold and windy 😀

Stayed here for a treat for my partners 50th birthday.
Room was nice and location is excellent right beside the Albert Dock. Whilst the room was nice I did expect a bit more luxury for what I paid.
What was a huge disappointment was that I had organised the birthday package in the room as a surprise and called a couple of days before arrival and checked with reception on check in that this was organised. On entering the room there was nothing there and on going to reception was apologised to and told this would be done in 10 minutes. Too late I’m afraid as the surprise was ruined. This was then done for us coming home that night, but again, too late and my partner then knew something would be there.
Also, whilst I know that the breakfast service situation is difficult due to Covid and there was a breakfast pack and hot roll option, when I asked for two rolls for my partner was told we were limited to one each. The breakfast bag was nice but the rolls weren’t too great in the end, however as I had paid for a full breakfast within the price I think two rolls for someone isn’t too much to ask.
Tried to find an email address to complain to but the online complaint system is very complex and eventually called the number and was passed around three times before having a very challenging conversation.
Loved Liverpool but these issues with the hotel spoiled a bit of the weekend for me.

Hi dinnaross1969, We appreciate you for taking the time to provide us your feedback and choosing the Staybridge Suites for this stay. Here at the Staybridge Suites, we want all our guests to enjoy the best of home and hotel. Unfortunately, in your case, we were not able to totally deliver. I apologise for the delay in the birthday package being place in the suite prior to arrival, we appreciate this must have spoilt the surprise.I do hope you enjoyed the little extra surprise on your return that the team popped in your suite. I can only apologise in the confusion with breakfast rolls and we certainly don't just offer one roll per person I will take this up with the team who was working that morning & thank you for bring it to my attention. I do hope this hasn't put you off using Staybridge Liverpool in the near future, & if you do consider staying again please do email me on operations@liverpool.staybridge.com and i will personally take care of our booking. With Warm Regards Johnathan Operations Manager

Another great overnight stay at The Suites last week.
We had hoped to stay longer but family necessities intervened so this time around it was only the one night stay. As always, the room a one bed suite was fantastic, so comfy and 'well appointed' I think is the term they use.
Of great assistance on this trip was the laundry room with the free detergent, thanks To Danielle. Lunch at 'gusto' up the road (give it a miss if you can) had meant a cloud of burnt cooking oil had enveloped my Sunday best clothes, so the washing machine and dryer had me sorted in no time, and I checked out of the hotel the next day smelling good.....
Thank you to the wonderful staff who always have a smile and cheery demeanour, and until the next time, Slan.

We booked up for a girls night 21st Sept 21.
Throughout the booking process where I had to make amendments and check details out, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating of our needs/wants.
Check in was easy. Not all rooms ready immediately (we had 5 I think) but not a problem, we all dropped bags in the rooms that were and there was a bag drop anyway had we not done that. Location is very close to nearby bars/restaurants that we walked it but none of us has any mobility issues. Walk back from drinking was 0.7m ha ha.
The rooms were impeccably clean and the bed soooo comfy. There's a good size fridge there to keep stuff chilled, washing up liquid & shower gel too. For coffee lovers, there is a small cafetiere in the room. Wish I'd asked as would have brought some coffee with me but there is a machine doing proper coffee down next to breakfast if you don't. Towels are also provided.
Breakfast was beautiful too, plenty of choice from cooked, cereals, pastries, toast, coffee/tea/juice on tap and could help yourself to as much/little as you wanted.
Check out nice and simple too.
Everyone was impressed in our large party which would be a struggle for other places I reckon.
Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed here for one night during a trip to Liverpool for our anniversary.
We arrived at 11am and our room was already ready, we went to drop our things off and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and amenities. There was even a little box of chocolates and a card to wish us a happy anniversary.
The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city centre and if we ever find ourselves back in Liverpool we will definitely stay here again.

This was my first stay in a Suites Hotel and I have to say I think they’re a great idea.
The room was huge with a super comfortable king sized bed, a large bathroom with a fantastic shower and a small kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar. All pots, pans, plates etc are provided.
The attention to detail is impressive and everything is of a really high standard and spotlessly clean.
Breakfast is included in the cost of the room - there was everything you’d expect to find and more !
They offer an evening Reception on Mon/Tues/Wed from 6.30pm - 7.30pm where complimentary wine, lager and snacks are available. They even had pancakes as it was Shrove Tuesday.
The atmosphere around the hotel is very relaxed and the
staff are really friendly and helpful especially Daniel who is great.
Many thanks

Stayed with my wife and young son for a night midweek and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the suite hotel. The room was close to faultless - clean, spacious, quiet, warm, comfortable and well designed. The bathroom was excellent, king size bed comfortable and the sofa converted into a nice sofa bed for our young son to sleep. The one minor difficulty we had in getting to grips with operating the cooking hob in the kitchen area was dealt with in a friendly, efficient manner by the member of staff.
The breakfast available on the reception level was decent, rather than spectacular. A fairly small choice of English breakfast items, continental fare and fruit juice/tea and coffee. They were all nicely cooked and presented.. but perhaps after seeing how wonderful the room and its facilities are, we expected a bit more.
The location of the property is first rate - less than 5 minutes walk from the Beatles Story, Albert Dock, Liverpool Arena, and a comfortable walk (10-15mins) from the Liver Building, Museum of Liverpool and the main shopping areas.
I would heartily recommend the Staybridge Suites as an ideal base for exploring Liverpool, and next time we find ourselves in this wonderful city, we will be back again.

Hi Clarabell,
The windows open and the rooms are fully airconditioned.
Many Thanks :)
As far as I see you are able to leave your luggage at the reception. They are open 24 hours. But the best is you ask directly at the Hotel. I can absolte recommend the hotel.
Have a good time there - and in the Beatles town ;-)
