Nice quiet area, only £6.00 taxi from city centre, rooms clean & comfortable, bathrooms likewise. Loads of selection for breakfast including waffles !!! Great value ! David & Michelle are very friendly & helpful ( even to Man U fans! ) and I will certainly come back again on our next visit.

I rang the Old Dairy directly to book a room as oppose to going through booking.com which I recommend for anyone to do as Michelle then included the continental breakfast with our stay. We arrived late on Friday where we paid the £10 suppliment. After a delayed flight and a messed up train we arrived considerably late but Michelle was...

We stayed last weekend, a group of 10 of us. Had a great stay. Dave & Michelle couldn't do enough for us. Just a short trip from the city centre. All day bus ticket just over £4. Taxis were approx £7 each way. Rooms were spacious & beds were comfortable. Breakfast had loads to choose from and served til 10am....

Excellent value for money. We booked a number of rooms as we were a party of 10. All fabulously clean, tea and coffee making facilities, tv, great shower and some even had fridges. The hosts were fantastic. Super breakfast choices. Couldn't do enough for us, great sense of humours too. We had a great stay and certainly a memorable one....

Brilliant place to stay if you are planning on going into the centre of Liverpool, taxi is about £5 and the bus (which stops at the end of the road) was £2.30. We had a great couple of nights, room was clean, breakfast was fab! Thanks Dave and Michelle!

Very friendly owners. David drove timorously to welcome us after we had a late flight. Absolutely friendly hosts. Room is very adequate considering the price point. Bedroom is neat, bath tidy. Highly recommended overall

Breakfast was traditional and yummy. Staying here felt like staying with family. The hosts are real genuine people who will even call you a...
