My first stay at newsham park guest house absolutely fabulous Jim was so welcoming an the hospitality of this guest house was outstanding really recommend this to families as it was also child friendly 😃😃

this is a great place to stay. it ideal for stag, hen dos and all liverpool football fans. rooms were big beds were comfortable and breakfast was lovely. the staff and owners are so helpful and its in a great location for everything.

Just back from an amazing weekend in Liverpool, this B&b just topped it off. Drove down from Rotherham to meet family & friends who had flown over from Belfast. Plenty of on site parking with cctv. Just returned from a 2 night stay loved every minute, James & staff were spot on, very friendly, rooms lovely, breakfast lovely, basement bar was my fave karaoke music brill atmosphere no complaints from us 15 girls , £5 in a taxi into town defo would return

Very accommodating staff. The basement is very good for a large group and as you can smoke in there it is convenient for pre drinking. The breakfast was very nice and the tag were helpful. The beds were not very comfortable and the towels could do with replacing, however the bathroom was very clean and the guesthouse was quiet. The...

Very welcoming by James the owner ,, rooms were spotless clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable .. girls who worked there also very friendly and basement bar was excellent . Just like home from. Def stay again.

Stayed last week-end for the Grand National at Aintree .Got charged £50 each for wife and I for Sat night and £30 each for Sunday night in a double room with the smallest toilet I have ever seen --a Baby Sink, when you sat on the WC you had to sit sideways as your legs/knees hit off the toilet door...
