My son and I were booked to stay here and upon arrival we soon changed our minds. The price to stay is low but they should really pay you for staying here. It's dirty, smelly and derelict, DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE

I doubt they have a room like the one showed on Booking.com, advertised a wine bar downstairs - it was non existent. Rooms was like a barracks with 4 single tubular metal , beds, cracked and poorly sealed windows. DO NO stay here ever.

Booked through Booking, com, arrived and refused to stay! I cannot believe it is open fr business £86 for 1 night, parking was literally on a road which was poorly lit and desolate. The doors at the front were like wooden blocks we knocked the door to get in a lovely guy let us into a very strange reception area. A...

Just arrived, absolutely awful, did not feel safe had to leave straight away, only offered 20% refund of the ridiculous £139 they charged. This is more like a squat if there was a no star it would get my rating.

After circling the road about 6 times as we couldnt see a hotel in this horrible run down part of Liverpool we eventually realised that what we thought was a deralict building was in fact O'tooles. After getting up the courage to leave the car ( the area really...

Absolutely terrible, old fashioned furnishings all fixtures and fitting very poor condition, there was old packets of crisps and dust under the bed, matress to small for bed, couldn't open windows looked like they were ready for falling out, heating didn't work, no hot water, locks on doors looked liked they had been kicked off, sink cracked, walls so thin...
