Fabulous room! Tara from reception went above and beyond to help us with a very stressful situation, she made us feel like it was no trouble and helped us resolve the issue 😊 the location was perfect for our trip to the races with easy access to all amenities. Staff very friendly

The hotel itself was of a good quality, staff friendly as you would expect, but we have experienced more for less elsewhere. A standard experience for such a big chain hotel. It was a little walk into the city centre, where we were able to enjoy a range of shops and restaurants and had a look around the old harbour...

The central Liverpool Hotel is OK but the hotel room toilets are so small that you will have a very uncomfortable time at the Liverpool Marriott. I am a male and very fit but the Marriott at Liverpool toilets are too small even for a normal bottom. Please avoid this hotel if you have a generous rear anatomy.

We stayed overnight at the Marriott last weekend and we couldn't fault it. It is very conveniently located for both LIme Street and Central station and for the shops. Very close also to the Walker Gallery, St George's Hall and Empire theatre. Our room was a King Size Executive room on the third floor, very quiet and comfortable with plenty...

There are far better Hotels in Liverpool than this one. As I did not specify a double bed when booking, which you can not do on the Website. I was placed in a room that had the smallist single I have seen and to add to this, the bed was on wheels. The worst nights sleep I have had in...

Found the hotel to be comfortable, clean and convenient for Lime Street Station. The breakfast was plentiful, with the added benefit of an omelette bar. Whole place seems a little bit dated but lovely if you like that traditional feel to a hotel. Didn't understand the room staff/ cleaners knocking on the door at 8.45 am on a Saturday morning,...

Myself and my husband had our wedding reception here on 4th March and we and some of our guests stayed in the hotel on the night of the wedding. Firstly, I would like to comment on Diane Normile - our wedding advisor - who was always available to answer any queries or provide information on the lead-up to the wedding...

I particularly love the warm and welcoming relaxing atmosphere, front office / managers / lounge and concierge staff, (particularly Michelle, Tara,...

Shame we could not go on a boat trip maybe they don't use them in March. A...

A superbly located hotel but all rather old fashioned. We got upgraded to a suite which was a sizeable room with sofa. Immaculate bathroom and the pillows were lovely. Breakfast was average ... the usual range ... nothing out of the ordinary. All quite nondescript really.
