Stayed here for one evening to visit a local attraction. Excellent location to visit the many shops and restaurants with friendly staff. Dissapointed with the car parking we had to wait quite a while for a free space after travelling 3 hours to get to the hotel. Woken during the night for room service that we did not order....I understand...

Being the first time in Liverpool, we found the hotel clean,we stayed in a twin room which is tidy and warm for the february cold climate. Plenty of hot water and the bath room is very clean. A little surprise to get some Scottish shortbread as snack as I graduated in Glasgow. Nice. Staff were straight in not allowing late...

We stayed at The Liner in January as it is very close to the O2 for a Rival Sons gig. The room was clean and comfortable, the check in was fast and easy. All the staff were lovely and the food was good in the bar. Great value and will be returning. Thank you. :)

We have been coming to Liverpool for the races for 40 years(app) and stayed in a few hotels. The Liner is by far the most friendly where nothing seams to be a problem. The Breakfast is lovely and meals are great, at a good price. Were already booked for next February

Just returned home after an unscheduled stay at the Liner Hotel, Liverpool. Due to the effects of storm Doris in the North West of the UK on the 2nd day of our planned overnighter (think 90mph winds and every train to Midlands destinations cancelled) - it was impossible to get further than Crewe so we bit the bullet and decided...

Roll out of bed and hit the Walker Galery across the road. Or catch the open top bus to the Mersey Ferry, or alk to the Philharmonic Dining rooms. What's not to like. Check the croissants though - they were hard and unflaky. Only gripe, staff lovely, room always good - we will return soon

Meals good but limited menu, breakfasts excellent. Try for room facing away from Lime Street station. Go for higher floors, we had to let 4 lifts go as by the time they got to the 3rd floor where we were they were full, I eventually squeezed on one with the suitcase whilst my wife got fed up waiting and took...
