We Stayed 28th March 2015. My wife and I stayed here for one night, the room was spacious and bright with a comfortable bed. Service at breakfast was unfortunately pretty appalling. The table we where shown to had not been fully made up and we had to a ask for spoons, milk etc. Breakfast was a self serve buffet which didn't appear...

Dear Steve T, when mistakes are made it is so much more satisfying to apologise and make amends in person - for both parties. We apologise for your poor experience that morning, we obviously want all our guests to have a fantastic finish to their stay. Kind regards Mary C

The room was comfortable and very clean.. Staff were all polite and friendly. The only thing to remember is that the doors to not lock when you shut them. We didnt lock the door (our fault) and had a person walk in who had lost there way.

This is a classy hotel and was one of the very first boutique hotels in Liverpool. The interior design is sharp the location is excellent.I've eaten breakfast here several times and been in for drinks on a few occasions. Better breakfasts are served elsewhere in Liverpool but the location is a tough one to match and it retains a good...

We've stayed at Hope Street Hotel a number of times and it has always been a great experience. Stayed just the one night on this occasion - booked a standard room but think we may have been upgraded as the room we got was massive, much bigger than normal. Bathroom was also huge and had a great shower. Check in...

Our son booked the hotel for his mothers' birthday. He was at Liverpool University many years ago & loves the city so this was an opportunity to treat her & show her the sights. The Hope Street hotel is in a great location between the two cathedrals & within easy walking or cheap taxi fare for all the restaurants etc....

My stay was brilliant, would highly recommend. Genuinely couldn't fault my stay at all! The room was clean, well presented and everything worked! The hotel staff were brilliant and wanted to help me with everything. The bar was busy and it had an excellent atmosphere!

Best hotel in Liverpool! Privately owned, boutique hotel with wonderful atmosphere of peace and calm. Wet room showers are wonderful, highest quality furniture & bed linen. Understated and non-fussy atmosphere/setup but quite wonderful. Staff are really friendly and nothing too much trouble. As it's got popular over the last few years, it's got somewhat expensive, but so worth the premium....

Love this hotel! Stayed one night (Sat 14/3/15). We arrived early, about 12 noon, after walking for about 12-15 mins from Lime St train station (easy to find) and were informed that out room was unavailable (still in the process of being cleaned), which was understandable as check-in is officially 3pm. Reception lady was very helpful, offered to store our...
