      Good potential, but badly managed

      I stayed in this hotel for 6 weeks and the review is based on this. The hotel got spacious rooms. However it is poorly managed. The staff follow a policy of cleaning only immediately visible area. So if you move a curtain or even kettle...More

      Staff very obliging, helpful, cheerful, although a bit of a distance from Docks shopping and bars - pleasant stay. Good disabled parking available. Evening Meal Menu value for money. Would consider a return visit.

      Comfortable, spacious hotel

      Well located, very spacious hotel, we had a suite that was perfectly equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The staff were very helpfully and really pleasant. The hotel was very clean with several complimentary extras.

      Fantastic hotel great staff, room was lovely would definitely stay again even on departure staff couldn't do enough to help , had lunch here which was great and the strawberry daiquiri s was to die for :)

      had a 1 night stay here last week; met at reception by Kerry & Josh, he was busy on phone so Kerry booked us in and directed us to our room. it was a large apartment, full kitchen, dining and living area. the fridge already...More

      Quite reasonable for a city venture hotel. I rarely pay for drinks separately, usually rounds or with food but certify not too expensive.
