A luxurious hotel. Everything perfect! Dave the Doorman gave the necessary quality of customer service to ensure a top rate hotel. I will definitely stay there again. Mid week prices cannot be beaten! Gluten free breakfast available and all night service. However the best part is walking into your room, switching the TV on and swing your own name on...

This is one of our favourite places to go for a drink when ever we are in Liverpool. The drinks are reasonably priced and the decor is absolutely stunning. This is a must if you are ever in Liverpool we try our best to pop there if we are ever in the city centre.

After telephoning the hotel and asking if I could book a table for High Tea - I was told "no, it's ok, just wander in anytime before 5 pm, as we are not busy".... Wrong!! This was a special treat for my daughter's birthday. When we arrived we were ignored and there was no welcome etc. The free tables were...

I am so sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. On the point of disabled access we are fully accessible there is a lift at the entrance which takes you up to the ground floor level. I am sorry if you were caused any inconvenience.

Amazing hotel! My partner and I always stay here whenever we visit Liverpool now. The hotel is classy, retro and quite frankly fabulous! The staff are very friendly, rooms are gorgeous and food/drink is exceptional! There is nothing I could fault with this hotel, the Beatles theme is done with a touch of class just great. We look forward to...

A late birthday treat. We arrived and there was a wedding going on so the staff were busy. But being busy doesn't mean you have to be rude, staff at desk were not very helpful. Then we had a problem with the TV and wifi but managed to get it fix. Room was small bathroom very big. It's a bit...

Visited with friends forr valentines. Hotel bars very nice and good breakfast but poor value overall. The cost of our upgraded room was expensive but no bath robes no slipperss, no fridge, no water in room, bathroom floor grouting really discoloured, the impressive looking rain forest shower had poor water flow and it took ages to wash my hair. Pillows...

Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night 13-14th Feb 2016. And we had no complaints about our stay. We checked in quickly and went to our room, which was spacious with a good sized bathroom and very clean. The bar was lovely and prices for drinks are good to consider it is a city centre hotel. Also the location...

Have just returned from a weekend at the Hard Days Night Hotel. Our room was a £230.00 room with balcony. Very little difference between our room and a Premier Inn, difference being a picture of Paul McCartney on the wall. Balcony overlooked back of shops which I sort of expected as its in the town centre but no furniture and...

Stayed here for Valentines Day in a double room. Any Beatle fans will love this hotel, full of interesting stuff about the band and all rooms Beatle themed. The hotel has 2 bars and 1 restaurant, didn't visit the cocktail bar but as a guest you do get a buy 1 get one half price voucher. Great location close to...

If you are a Beatles fan, then this hotel is a must. Close to the Cavern and many other interesting places to visit. The Beatle themed rooms are excellent and the breakfast enjoyable. Will look forward to visiting again.
