This is a really lovely place to stay in London, easy to get to from Euston station and close to the major attractions, the British museum is just around the corner from the hotel. When I arrived I was delighted to discover I had been upgraded from my single room into a double premier room, facilities in the room were...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Stayed here for two nights, having not stayed here before. This was the Grange Beauchamp and room 107 and 108. Overall, check in was quick. Upgraded the rooms to a suite. (Perhaps signing up to their rewards program beforehand is something worth considering). Room was very nice and very spacious. Very clean and warm. Beds were huge and the bathroom...

Thank you Grange Beauchamp for making me special pancakes as I was not at home on Shrove Tuesday - much appreciated . The staff here are really kind and go " the extra mile" even though I don't think on this occasion that they understood that this was the beginning of Lent

Warm and cozy reception staff, ok continental breakfast and if you know your way around conveniently located for most of central London on foot. My room was fine, though the slightly sloping floor a little off setting and the bath room well set up.

Checked in on Thursday 9th March, on arrival we were asked if we would like breakfast on Friday in our room as there was a conference as the Dining Room would be busy. That evening the Air Con was blowing hot air, after complaining we were told "maintenance would sort out"We got up and went down to breakfast at 7.30am,...

I regret that your expectations were not satisfied on this occasion. Please accept my apologies. I have made investigations and our records show that there was no fault with the air conditioning however the control should have been switched to air con rather than heat setting. We are sorry you were disappointed with breakfast. All your comments have been noted...

This was a nice hotel in a good location only 5 min walk to Russell Street underground station. Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, our room was small but clean. Agree with another reviewer water pressure was dreadful wanted to have a bath but would have taken all night to even fill the tub quarter of the way. Also room...

We stayed here as a last minute booking on a Saturday night. The staff were friendly. The room was small but well decorated and clean. Only constructive feedback would be the shower was abysmal. The water pressure was so terrible that it just dribbled out. I'd stay again but ask for a different room

This is a lovely hotel in a convenient, quiet location. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and I was upgraded to an executive room (always a happy occurrence!) which was large, comfortable and warm with a pleasant outlook onto the rear gardens. It was also very peaceful, with little noise from other guests or outside traffic. There were also...

Nice clean room, fairly quiet considering a street facing room. Nice staff and great toiletries. Small bar area, but lovely breakfast selection was with fresh fruit and continental hams and cheeses. A shame we were offered breakfast in our room because of a conference on in the morning. But was an ok fried full English breakfast.

I've been a regular visitor to this hotel for a longtime. It's a great base for me to stay when I'm in town on businesses. All rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would not recommend is the restaurant. The menu is limited and it lacks ambience. That said there are...
