This is one place, where I did not feel safe and had great concerns on hygiene. I don't believe, how this hotel even exists! As soon as you enter it smells of smoke and curry and you will not want to look around. The reception lady could not find my reservation at first, then I was given my keys finally...

the most disgusting pice of c**p place I've ever been too.. I thought the place next door was bad but all the lodges on romford road are nasty... Smells of curry and smoke and all the rooms have a nasty yellow tinge all over the ceiling

I cannot believe this hotel can get away with charging £55 per night for a room where the bed is only for for the recycling bin. I first thought the initial room given to me and my daughter was bad until it was changed to an even worse one. My visitor could not even sit on the bed in the...

The bed sheets were not clean, the walls had unpleasant substances stuck to them, toilet seat was cracked and filthy - whole place was grubby - I will not be returning! Also, noisy for much of the night.

Odd thing, the famously-informed London Cab drivers, had a wee bit of trouble finding the front of the hotel located on a dead-end street adjacent to Green...

Close to the city center and the station, rear rooms are really quiet, front rooms facing a busy street. Our room was not clean, our toilet seat was loose and did not get fixed although we asked for it. Matresses were very worn, springs almost sticking out.

I am so sorry to say that but the room smells s***t. We report that to the staff and they just opened the window and put some odor-control; but it was not enough at all. It's really hard to spend all day long visiting London, and, at the end of the day, when you fancy a relaxing shower, to have...

The hotel is in a excellent location and value for money. The staffs are very helpful and accommodate. There are nearby stores that one is able to get any products especially foo. Good restaurants around and nice shopping center too.
