Excelent location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Room is small but ok, with lockers - complain only about the shower: it´s easy to make a mess, spilling water all over the place. It has a good communitary kitchen were you can store your food in the fridge. Breakfast is ok: lose points the croissant that isn´t always fresh, but has...

I always stay here with my teenage girls. We get an ensuite room and it serves a purpose. We like the fact that its close to st pancreas train station and close also to Oxford circus. The room is basic but the hostel has a nice relaxed feel and is very friendly and comfortable. There is a left luggage room...

Stayed in a family room for £70 per night for four of us. Short walk from Great Portland Street tube, then another short walk to Oxford Circus. Safe, clean and friendly atmosphere; welcoming of young children. You can get a good continental breakfast for £4 if you don't fancy making your own, and you're near plenty of cafes if you...

Stayed here in December in a 4 bed room with 3 other girls. The location of the hostel is really great, very close to the Oxford Street (walking distance 5-10mins) and to the underground (5-10mins). There is also a Sainsbury's and another supermarket near the hotel where one can buy snacks and drinks. The hotel offers a free luggage storage...

Location is perfect to enjoy the city: few steps walking from Oxford Circus metro station, so in the very city center and...

Have stayed here twice now and would stay again. Excellent location, a short walk to Oxford St. Clean facilities, good kitchen/dining and fantastic 'common' room. Cheap breakfast available at hostel. Shared dorm was quite cramped, but ok. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice safe, convenient place to stay!

I stayed here for a night with 3 friends, as part of a weekend away in London. We needed a budget priced room, and got exactly that..clean, en-suite, safe, central and really helpful staff on reception/cafe. The room had bunk beds and was on the bijou-side...but fine for our single night stay.

YHA London Central is an excellent and inexpensive family base while in London. The staff are extremely friendly and the family room was well laid out and suited our needs. Breakfasts were lovely and great value and while we paid for net access, it was not unreasonable. The dining room had a friendly hostel atmosphere. YHA London Central is walking...

I moved to London on a whim after high school graduation, and got many warnings about how awful hostels could be. Expecting the worst, I rolled up to YHA LC in a taxi only to be pleasantly surprised. The hostel itself was within 10 mins walking distance from Oxford Street but was in a quiet residential area. The lobby, which...
