I chose St Christopher's because of its location and because of it's reasonable rating compared with other London hostels (London seems on average to have lower marks than many many other places?). There was absolutely nothing wrong. I liked the shower, as long as no-one in the dorm changed the hot/cold setting. You pressed the button, and within 2-3 seconds,...

I went to a concert at Eventim Apollo and I chose this hostel because it was very close to the venue. The room was spacious enough and clean, but the toilets really needed an upgrade since they were always smelly. I recommend the hostel if you want to stay in the Hammersmith area for a night or two.

I stayed here with a friend for five nights in early March. Our room was a mixed dorm for eight, and the only problem with it was the heat - way too hot. There was a shower and a toilet for the eight of us, and another set just around the corner. Free breakfast, which is a huge plus. No...

When we walked in, the place seemed very funky, modern, warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful but after dragging our luggage up 3 flights of narrow stairs we walked into our room which was an utter disappointment! The room was a size of a matchbox it was cold and damp. The springs in the mattress dug into...

Stayed here after a work Christmas party as we needed somewhere to crash. 8 of us booked into a mixed dorm, and can't complain really - it was basic but exactly what we needed, just somewhere to sleep and freshen up! It was surprisingly quiet and I slept quite well. It is a good price and you get all the...

The 8 bed-dorm room was a bit tight and cramped at times and lockers were not sufficient if you have a number of valuable things that you want stored. I arrived at 3am, after notifying reception we would be arriving at this time, yet had so many issues getting into the building which was extremely frustrating after a long night...

The steak was amazing. The service was great! I couldn't ask for a better hostile. The people here are so nice and are all so friendly. This place is very clean and always accommodating. I really like how friendly the hostesses are.................... Most importantly the beer is great! Always a game on the big screen and always nice people.

I stayed at this hostel for a week and it was the best stay I've had in London! Great location, clean rooms, cheap and delicious food and drinks. The bar downstairs is always a good time and a great way to meet new people. The staff were all amazing and they genuinely made my stay there. A big thank you...

8-bed dorm is fairly large but becomes stuffy at night. Small lockers only; luggage goes under bunk. Location is central in Hammersmith so expect some noise. Whole place is tightly packed so everything (stairs, common spaces, bathrooms) feels rather confined. Free breakfast is good. No kitchen. Storage area is fee-based. You can do better re location and price but if...

I came here earlier in the year for a few nights and had a good stay but after moving to London and needing a short-term place to live I've decided to write a review based on my experiences living here for just over 2 months. First off, the whole reason I decided to stay so long was because I booked...
