On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by an Indian receptionist who wouldn't get up from his seat the whole time we were checking in. The check in process that should normally take about 5 minutes, took nearly 20 because of his incompetence. He just gave me this piece of card and asked me to fill it in with...

We had tickets for the O2 and chose this hotel because of the excellent price. It is within walking distance of Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford and it is only 4 stops on the underground to the O2. The room was clean and had plenty of storage space. The bathroom was spacious, clean and had modern fittings. Wouldn't hesitate to...

Really decent for the price. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The free breakfast is disgusting though! Decent location too, better than expected for the price except the food. Easy access to train station too!

What an odd place. The electricity in the rooms is controlled by a keycard (room key)... if it's not inserted, the power doesn't work. And, of course, if you are going to leave your room, you'd have your key with you... so no charging electronics and whatnot while you're out. There is only Internet access downstairs in the lobby and...

The hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient for parking the car in a very secure car park and taking tube into city and very good value for money. We saved money by driving instead of taking the train and by having an ample breakfast before going out for the day.

Good location for local shopping and transport links, bus stop right outside. The room was clean and there is also secure parking. Breakfast is basic, they do a cooked English which is basically 1 each of sausage, egg, bacon and some beans but you can help yourself to continental as well. We would stay again
