Rooms were small but clean. Beds were amazing. Its conveniently located to the underground and supermarket. The one major fault is the man on reception. He was moody and very unhelpful. In dire need of a personality transplant!!!

I stayed at the hotel April.2013 with my husband and 2 kids. Unfortunately we found it hard to find a hotel in London that could accomadate a family of 4 but we thought we would take a chance. The room felt more like a hostel than a hotel. It was dark and dingy and no natural light. The shower drain...

In most cities this would be a terrible choice but in London where hotels are generally of a poor standard and of outrageous value this hotel was simpliy dissapointing. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment at the back of the building next to reception. The room itself was of an average standard for a city that generally offers very poor...

This place was great. I wanted to stay in the Baker St/Marylebone area because that used to be home and I also knew I could walk everywhere from that location and this place did not disappoint. I was a little worried because it was so inexpensive and there were some not so good reviews on here, but as soon as...

Arriving at the hotel it is hard to be sure you are at the right place - there was no obvious sign! But once you are inside your room you will probably be delighted. Mine was lovely and clean, well equipped, has good fast FREE wifi and is spacious. There were even two towels folded to look like swans on...

not the most glamorous hotel in the world by any means, but for a place to lay your head at night with good facilities and location then i have no faults! A 5 minute walk at the most to Barker Street tube station with a longer stroll to regents park, you really are in the heart of the city. The...

We stayed as a family in the ground floor apartment, which was adequate for 3 of us. I has AC which is important when the weather is cold (as it was for us) and we did use it frequently. The bathroom/shower was comfortable with plenty of hot water. It was also clean. There was a smell of stale water though,...

Very nice clean room at an excellent price. Good location in Westminster with a nice and helpful staff. Will stay here again anytime that I have business in London. Suites are clean and although small, most come with a kitchen which can save money on dining out. Markets are just around the corner. Rooms have A/C with is nice to...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
