clean rooms, well intending staff.. but the rooms are not well maintained, old closets and room doors, broken drawer knobs, no way to tilt the shade of the window blinds without getting on the bed to reach the ceiling where the shades top part is (ie the long stick of the window blind is not there) worse is the dripping...

Solid hotel, which is located a short walk (or two bus stops) from Wimbledon train station. It was my first stay here, but with great experience: it's slightly exotic style, clean, cozy, with good service, so I definitely can recommend it.

This is the second time I've stayed at The Wimbledon Hotel. The location is very central and perfect for my needs. Jay and his team are always ever so friendly and accommodating. The room was always cleaned to a high standard, and the decor/presentation of the room is also excellent. I did stay for 5 nights, so it would be...

Jay was very understanding of the circumstances in which I ended up at Wimbledon, being an almost last minute addition to a room with my Aunt and two cousins after their house flooded just prior to my visit to the UK. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to and really made my visit that much better. Jay...

We have now on two occasions had to be emergency housed after flooding to our home. Wimbledon Hotel has been wonderful and so accommodating. They understood our situation, and remembered us from the first flooding, when we were housed there. Lovely staff, including Winsome the lady who cleaned our messy room, our cook who made the most beautiful breakfasts, and...

The staff at the hotel were very nice. The room was well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was done well and laundry services are available. Hotel is a five minute walk from shopping, food, entertainment, and the train.

Booked an 'deluxe double', well it was awful with wall paper peeling off all over and dated furniture that wouldn't look out of place on a skip. The breakfast wasn't very good, with stains on the table and hair in the yoghurt. And at check out I received a 'bye' and nothing more. I will not return that's for certain,...

Beautiful house (exterior!) and a warm-ish welcome. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Odd decor! This advertises itself as a boutique hotel... It sadly is not a boutique hotel, however I had a good nights sleep so I've given it 3/5 points

Was a little concerned having read the TA reviews but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Comfortable bed, good shower, really good breakfast, decent parking and a good TV. Plus plentiful tea and coffee in the room. 10 mins walk to Wimbledon town and 15 to Wimbledon village. All in all a good place for a long weekend....

We live near the Wimbledon hotel, my family stayed here as we didn't have room for them all in our house. The Wimbledon Hotel reports itself as a boutique hotel, but it's really, really not, it is very much and B&B and not a good one at that. The rooms are clean and the staff are pleasant, but the décor...
