Came to find a nice and quiet place to get some work done near Euston and ended up catching up on all my work - whilst enjoying a nice cigar to boot! As the lounge is part of a boutique hotel, the service and drinks are top notch. Great place to get away from the bustle of this part of...

Possibly one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have stayed in for a while, with really good pillows. The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was perfect. Only downside was the see through bathroom door. Not clear see through but see through enough. There was also a gap between the door and the frame. You got no...

It had been a long day. I wanted to treat a friend and my adult children. It was one of those spontaneous ideas. I had checked an "afternoon tea" website and found this place. I had not realised - until we got inside and looked at the menu, we were only paying £16 as opposed to £27. I was going...

We had a one night stay here again last night. This is one of a handful of hotels we stay in when visiting London as it ticks all the boxes, being reasonably priced and in a lovely area. Just round the corner is Dalesford Organic for breakfast. The hotel is really well placed for transport, museums and shopping. Importantly beds...

I have loved this small boutique - exceptionally comfortable hotel for years but it has lost its lustre. The reception staff are still wonderful but service charges are added to your bill for reception and breakfast staff, they no longer offer a newspaper in the morning. My bar fridge was not restocked and the coffee cups in my room were...

Wanted to find something up near a new office. There are no shortage of hotels up in Baker St/Marylebone area and I've stayed in a few. Many chains but fancied something a little different and this didn't disappoint. The great thing is for central London (and there is so much within 2 mins walk of this place) is it is...

Stayed here the beginning of December and choose this hotel due to it's location so close to Oxford Street. Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
