What I loved most about 69thegrove was the magic feeling of entering a different world. Every room in the house as well as the conversations with Kanley and staff were very inspiring and funny. They make you laugh and especially Kanley who is very funny and full of stories especially when he often says "Welcome to 69".  I love his...

Staff are warm and friendly. Comfortable rooms and great food. Situated just off a garden square. Great bohemian atmosphere which gives a calming feel as opposed to the city. Very close to the vauxhall station which is Victoria line and gets you into london. Would recommend!!!

a unique place in london . the host is a wonderful person - full of energy and kindness ... the site is a cozy corner of vauxhall - very quiet, but at the same time in the middle of the city // just try it out - you will not regret

Lovely B&B with lovely Staff. Highly recommended B&B! Very friendly and helpful owners. Fantastic location, close to the tube and to the tourist attractions. Superb breakfast served with lots of love and great care. If you want to eat in the area, don't miss Counter restaurant and the Coriander restaurant.

We've immediately felt like home. The owners warmly welcomed us and met every our request, especially regarding the extra bed for the kid and the breakfast menu. The room was nice and big enough for the three of us, the bed (and the pillows!) very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and a bit "worn" but ok! I'd suggest to stay...
