I went with friends for tea admittedly with a voucher offer. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Prosecco at start was lovely. Excellent range of teas, sandwiches fine and most of the cakes. The scone stand mini muffins were not. Tasted very stale and were extremely hard. Think the cook might need some lessons in how to make.

Stayed in a family room. Clean room & bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast can be improved though. Great location. I do wonder why there are so many doors to pass through...thank god our room was on the ground floor. The air condition remote in the room was not functioning and we had to call the reception each time we...

Great location however hotel is a bit tired. Like a rabbit warren inside with doors everywhere but if you are looking for a quiet hotel close to an underground station with quick access to the city this will do. Furniture run down, no fridge in room, quite a small tv and obviously they are trying to convert a business premises...

2 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station and plenty of coffee shops and pubs. Check in was quick but no facility to have a second key for the room which was inconvenient for us. Room was small but ok for what we needed. Bathroom was tiny and lots of mould. Extractor fan could have woken the dead. You an...

I was very pleased with our stay at the Grand Hotel, and being a two minute walk from Earls Court tube station was a definite perk! Earls Court is the last station in zone one which also meant we could get to the main attractions with the cheapest tube ticket! It was really nice being on a quiet street but...

Less than a minutes walk from Earle Court underground was very useful, but you pay for this convenience with both train and PA noise. But for a low price the room was clean and well presented and not too small. The staff were polite. So if you sleep heavily it is a good inexpensive hotel!

Super close to the tube, but had noise from the tube and the airplane overhead. The place gets quiet after 12:30 am, so no problem with sleeping. Bad breakfast, it is that bad that I went to the nearby cafe after my first visit. Bad wifi. after coming home i just notice an email was not sent successfully. Super tiny...
