I booked 5 rooms for two nights stay this December that cost me GBP 1,896.40 The hotel charged my credit card for GBP 5,896.40. Over two months, they failed to discover the overcharged amount of GBP 4,000 until I notified them. The hotel blamed it...More
Party of 9, over 6 rooms so check in was a little bit stressful.
The lobby is small, but to be expected in central London, but the rooms were a great size, all with quirky decor as you would expect from this brand.

The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the
most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.

It depends on what you mean by facilities. Location and view from the upper floors are some of the hotels biggest plus points. The top-floor restaurant has fantastic views. It is new this year so the rooms feel fresh. The rooms are small, especially by American standards but that is normal for central London.
Business travellers are better off elsewhere. The WiFi is fast enough, but the rooms do not have much space to spread out and work.
The hotel doesn't have a fitness room, business centre or a swimming pool. They do have an agreement with a gym a moderate distance away.
I'd stay elsewhere for business or if you want to workout during your stay in London.
It depends on what you want. This is a great hotel for a romantic theatre break but a poor choice choice for a CrossFit athlete on a business trip.
