Only yesterday evening I've received an email from booking.com that the hotel have cancelled my room due to card invalid. May i add its completely fine, I've rang the hotel and spoke to some lady that LAUGHED at me, was rude and she couldn't help me. She advised me that there's no manager's they pop in every now and again!...

Last wee I visited this awesome little cozy hotel which was incredible. Made the reservation like 3 months ago, and all went perfect. They saved our luggage the last day. The Maida Vale metro station is just 400 meters away, and iba very safe location. All the staff from the hotel was amazing, the lady in kitchen who serves breakfast...

This could easily and quickly grow into an 'essay', but frankly this property simply does not deserve the time it would take....so I will put it in simple bullet points: - Booked a 'Junior Suite' and given a dingy cramped and odorous space on an upper floor that appears to be built-into the loft, receptionist later apologised that they had...

Stayed here with a work colleague as we were working nearby. Choose this hotel because of location and had secure parking. Check in nice and quick. Very clean room with good tea and coffee making facility. Shower/toilet a bit small but adequate. Work colleague had bigger shower / toilet. Nice comfortable bed and slept well until extractor fan from room...

Friendly check in and nice and clean! Slept well and room was very quiet. Amazing water pressure in the shower and free wifi!! I didnt have time for breakfast but i am sure it was nice. Easy access to a selection of bus routes and walking distance to underground. Perfect!

We arrived at The New London Carton Hotel last night. Everything was going fine (although we did notice stains on the bedsheets) until around 4am this morning when we were woken up by a very loud banging noise coming from a pipe inside one of the walls. To say the least it was very disturbing and did not stop. We...

I would not recommend staying here. Poor customer service, members of staff arguing with each other. Cold, unclean rooms. The shower tray in our room did not drain and the shower head was broken. Poor value for money.

Good location, secure parking, hotel on outskirts and rooms were large, beds comfortable, clean room and kitchenette. Bathroom outdated and wasbasin surround significantly cracked. Continental breakfast was average (cereal, carton juice, thin brown bread and cheap croissants and pain du chocolat, tea/coffee), paid extra for full English breakfast £8+. The walls were thin and I could hear folks walking on...
