We had a three night stay at the Ivy Gatehouse and really enjoyed our time there. The B&B is in beautiful Chiswick, in a lovely quite location. Roslyn was a great hostess and helped to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts were very generous and delicious! I've been in London many times, and this is one of the best places I've stayed in. It's a bit far from the city centre (zone 3), but the area is very nice and quiet and it only takes about 30 minutes to get to central London. Rooms are cute and clean (a bit of dust on the bathroom floor,...

If you like to stay in London without the hustle & bustle of the city, Chiswick offers you a b&b where Roslyn really makes you feel at home. Close to the tube station and bus stops to get you quick downtown. Good hot shower!

We stayed here for 13 nights and found it to be very comfortable, clean, friendly and just like home. A good hearty breakfast was always available. The location is quiet and handy to bus and train transport. Ros & Dave were friendly hosts and always willing to give good advice for attractions and transport in and around London.

Stopping one station earlier at Turnam Green (from central London) will allow you to only have to get tickets for zones 1&2, and it is a lovely, safe walk from that station. Acton...

On recommendation from a friend hailing from London, I chose Chiswick. My daughter and I stayed at Ivy Gate House for 6 nights. The guest house is located in a quiet residential area close to Chiswick Park underground station. It was easy to go to the center of London. This was our first trip to London but we were able...

I stayed this B&B during 6 nights, satisfied perfectly with clean room, and wonderful breakfast. the location is good, easy to access, and most of all, this house is in the calm and safe area. Sainsbury super store is near, that makes your stay comfortable. I can not doubt that this B&B is highly recommendable place.

I needed a home away from home for a sustained period of time, and this fitted the bill perfectly. Excellent location with major bus and tube routes nearby. Very clean, with a very welcoming atmosphere.
